Join Chef Josh Raine for an exciting month of  food, cocktails and wine at his first monthlong Pop Up in July at The Bluedoor, Surry Hills.  After an impressive six-year tenure at one of Australia’s most esteemed fine dining establishments, Chef Josh Raine – the former executive chef of Sydney’s renowned Tetsuya’s – is flying solo with a $200 seven-course degustation. 

Chef Josh’s cuisine represents his story of travelling the world. He was classically French trained in the UK (under Raymond Blanc, Le Manoir Aux Quat’Saison) and in the French Alps. His techniques have been influenced by both this training and his exploration of Australian ingredients and native fruits. Chef Josh’s journey was refined through Japanese respect and ethos.
